The Great Advanced Economic Security Research Program works with the support of its sponsors.
The program is organized primarily by students, and the endowment is used for research on the emerging topic of international relations, Economic Security.

Collaborators Wanted

Our program’s student-led and independent research activities are made possible through the cooperation of the following sponsors.
We are always open to new collaborations and invite those interested in partnering with us through joint research or donations.

Sponsoring Us

The funds received from your donations will be utilized for the following purposes:

  • We invite government officials and researchers from both domestic and international backgrouds to the University of Tokyo, conduct public symposiums, and release the archives available as videos and articles. In fact, since the beginning of our research program, we have been organizing public symposiums featuring guests such as former UK Prime Minister Liz Truss and US Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel. For other past events, please visit our “List of Events.”
  • A unique aspect of the Economic Security Program is that students are primarily responsible for organizing most events and even some research activities. To enable these students can concentrate on research and public relations activities, we provide them with honoraria for various research-related tasks.

The fact that our activities are supported by donations is of great importance to our program. As the name suggests, our program is researching the new geopolitical risks brought about by rapidly advancing science, information technology, and changes in global economic structures, with the keyword “economic security.” Your support is essential for maintaining our independence and continuing high-quality research in an increasingly complex international landscape.

Becoming a sponsor signifies the start of a long-term cooperative relationship. With the international landscape entering a tumultuous era, our program is prepared to make decisions based on first-hand information and advance together.
