The proposal highlights the importance of ensuring reliable sources of information through the introduction of technology in the country. Based on this point, She recommend the “establishment of an individual pre-market consultation service” so that information from companies can be consolidated directly on the part of the relevant ministries and, based on this information, procedures can be clarified.
In addition, since it is possible under the current conditions that rule-making may not be completed in time after an application for overseas imports is received, we recommended clarification of marketing procedures from manufacturing to transportation and distribution to establish a system that allows companies to take steps toward practical application.
