The Economic Security Research Program at RCAST, The University of Tokyo, Japan Association for Cellular Agriculture (JACA), and the Dongguk University has co-hosted a workshop titled “Regulation for Cellular Agriculture and Novel Food.” (June 25, 2024).
Experts from Japan and Korea in the field of cellular agriculture and novel food regulations gathered for a lively discussion on the status of R&D, regulations in each country, sharing of best practices, and possibilities for future cooperation between Japan and Korea.
