ESRP, RCAST, The University of Tokyo hosted the visting delegation headed by the former ROK Ambassador Harry Harris for a discussion (4/8/2023). Akira Igata and Athena Tong from ESRP and Amane Kobayashi from JIME-IEE Japan gave opening remarks, which was followed by a discussion among the whole group.
